Rigix Oral Drops (Cetirizine), an active metabolite of hydroxyzine, is an antihistamine; its principal effects are mediated via selective inhibition of peripheral H1 receptors and are indicated in allergic conditions.

Dosage:
6 months to 11 months: 2.5 mg (5 drops) once daily
1 to 6 years old: 2.5 mg (5 drops) twice daily
Aged from 6 to 12 years: 10 mg (1 ml or 20 drops) once daily or 5 mg (10 drops) twice daily.
Side Effects:

Pregnancy:

Cetirizine is extracted in human milk at concentrations representing 25 % to 90 % of those measured in plasma, depending on sampling time after administered.
